Licensed Clinical Mental Health Provider
We are seeking a fully licensed Clinical Mental Health Provider to join our trauma-informed private practice as a W2 employee. This role provides structured clinical support, administrative assistance, and professional development within a collaborative team environment.
The clinician will provide evidence-based treatment to clients diagnosed with PTSD and other trauma-related disorders. This position is ideal for a provider who values stability, teamwork, and the opportunity to focus on clinical care without the burden of private practice management.

Our clinic specializes in the treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and stress-related conditions. We integrate neuroscience-informed care, structured trauma assessment, and evidence-based treatment models within a supportive and ethically grounded environment.

Primary Responsibilities
​

Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments and diagnostic evaluations

Diagnose disorders and co-occurring disorders using DSM-5-TR criteria
-
Develop individualized treatment plans
-
Provide individual therapy using evidence-based trauma modalities (e.g., CPT, EMDR, Prolonged Exposure, TF-CBT, DBT skills)

Implement stabilization, grounding, and emotional regulation interventions

Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans as needed

Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation in the EHR

Participate in case consultation, team meetings, and continuing education

Collaborate with referral sources and multidisciplinary providers when appropriate

Uphold professional, ethical, and HIPAA standards

Required Qualifications

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy

Active, unrestricted state licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent) Will also consider new graduates.

An ability to ground and regulate self while supporting clients through complex issues

Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles

Cultural competency on diverse populations

Trauma-informed evidence-based modality, or willingness to learn a trauma-informed evidence-based modality

Ability to be adaptable and trainable

Experience with couples, children, and special populations

Experience with high-stress populations (first responders, veterans, survivors of violence)
