I support our clinicians and patients with administrative and operational tasks, including billing insurance, scheduling appointments, and managing our website.

I'm passionate about mental health care and enjoy using my skills to keep our systems running smoothly. I've seen how much working with a good therapist can change lives for the better, both in my own life and in the lives of others, and I strive to help the rest of our team create a safe, healing environment.

I have an associate's degree in communication studies and a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary communication. Across my education, I studied how communication and trauma intersect, including through courses on trauma and my capstone project on domestic violence and communication.

 

I began my professional career in the content writing industry and have had roles in content writing, digital marketing, and sales before pivoting to operations in 2021. Each of those roles taught me valuable skills that now help me in building operationally excellent processes in the mental healthcare industry.​​
