I believe the essence of healing and growth is being seen and loved without condition.
Without that, our brains shift us into surviving, not thriving. Every habit you can’t break, every thought you can’t shake, every relationship that ends in the same painful pattern—none of it is random. There is always a reason, and it’s rooted in the way your nervous system learned to survive.

If you’ve ever wondered how being loved and attuned to can literally rewire your biology, I’d love to show you why.

I’m a therapist who also lives with chronic illness. In my own story, I learned how my earliest relationships shaped my body's response to stress, even contributing to the development of a very real physical disease. I became a therapist because a therapist first helped me, and that experience changed the trajectory of my life.

I went on to earn a bachelor’s in Social Work and a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. I’ve worked with high‑trauma populations, children and adults with developmental and psychiatric disorders, older adults, and high‑conflict couples. These experiences have taught me that healing is not about perfection—it’s about connection, safety, and being deeply understood.
